How to Get There
The Ageas Bowl has excellent road access. Follow signs for the Ageas Bowl off the M27.
There will be free parking on the day near the event. When entering, make sure you head left on the round about, avoiding the Hilton as this is the opposite side of the Ageas Bowl to the event.

The closest major train station is Southampton Airport Parkway which is on the London line, providing frequent trains throughout the day, followed by Hedgend train station. There are taxi’s also available which will be able to take you straight to the Ageas Bowl.

First Bus

Xelabus

We recommend that our delegates pre-register to secure your place. You will also you will be able to use our fast-track pre-registration queue.
For consistency, every stand offered at the Hampshire Business Show offered will be contained within a shell scheme.
Each shell scheme area is 2.4m in height with the width and depth depending on the size of stand booked. Each stand will have a fascia above the opening displaying the company’s name. For stands which have multiple openings, the most central fascia will display the company name with the others being left blank. It is also asked that nothing is hung from or placed in front of this fascia.
Stands are sold as space only and not include furniture and additional lighting. We can provide furniture and lightning through our partner using the booking form here.

We ask that stand fittings do not exceed the stand structure which is 2.4m in height.
You are allowed to attach items to the inside of your stand as long as they leave no residue on the stands. We recommend only attaching light items and using Velcro to do this.
No, you must use the plugs provided on your stand by our power contractors (Exhibition Power Ltd) which can be booked through the form attached to your booking confirmation. Please note, it is up to the exhibitor to ensure their electrical items are PAT tested and safe.
Unfortunately the venue does not provide wired internet access, but there is free WiFi available.
There is no limit, but we recommend at least two per stand.

Each exhibitor will get a 10-15 minute slot to using the unloading area next to the venue.
There is a large car park situated next to the venue available for free all day.
There are a range of cold food options and refreshments are available on the day at the Expo. Hot food is available at the Hilton Hotel which is a short walk away.
